Application Process
Post Apply Process
Our hiring teams work to review all applications in a timely manner and depending on the role this process could take time. If you have not heard back, it is likely your application is still under review. Once a decision has been made on your application, you will receive an email communication.
Generally speaking, our recruitment process is as followed:
- Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our hiring teams who will determine if you will be moving forward in the interview process.
- Once that determination has been made, the hiring team will work with you in setting up formal interviews with a selected panel.
- Those selected to move forward will then be given an offer letter and new hire information. If you are not selected after your formal interview stage, the hiring team will communicate with you at that time.
- Please note that our interview process can include some/all of the following: Phone Interview, Virtual Interview, On-site Interview, testing and/or assessments.
Our hiring teams do their best to share resumes for all available jobs so there is a possibility your resume will be reviewed for more than just the position you’ve applied for. However, we recommend formally submitting an application for all open positions you are interested in. Additionally, joining our talent pools gives our hiring teams an opportunity to search your qualifications for current and future openings.
Interview Process
- Be ready to answer what initially attracted you to Total Wine
- For most roles, be prepared to have behavioral based discussions to provide examples of your past experience that would translate into the role you are applying for
- If you are interviewing via phone or skype, ensure you are in a quiet spot with little distraction and reliable reception
